Bobich Business Law is the solo law practice of Joshua A. Bobich, Esq. You can and should simply call him "Josh," "Bobich," "JB" or just about anything else that feels right. Josh has practiced law since 2008, both in private law firms and as in-house counsel.

Josh has dedicated his legal career to helping and guiding small businesses in a wide range of industries. He advises owner-managed businesses, both closely held and family-owned, on mergers, acquisitions, corporate governance, succession planning, shareholder buyouts and a variety of other matters. He grew up and worked in a family business that still operates today and with which he remains involved as an advisor and legal resource. When he's not working, you'll typically find him at his 3 kids' various activities, experimenting on the grill or on the golf course.
